Seat Fore-And-Aft Adjustment Is Important, Too - For optimum comfort and pedaling efficiency, your saddle must be properly positioned over the pedals. When your crankarms and pedals are parallel to the ground, a plumb line dropped from the bony protrusion just below your knee should be either directly over, or 1-2 centimeters behind the pedal axle (on the forward crankarm). This setting varies according to personal preference and riding position. For example, if you are a spinner and like to pedal at high cadences (95 rpm plus), place the plumb line directly over the pedal axle. If you pedal at a slower cadence (80 to 90 rpm), you may find that you prefer a rearward position better. This is a tricky thing to determine and adjust without help. If you feel you need advice regarding bike fit, please call us or come in soon.

Griffin is a pitbull mix that we adopted from Baltimore Animal Rescue and Care Shelter at the age of 9 months back in 2012. Griffin, an intelligent, sweet, loving and well-mannered pup, is an amazing ambassador for Pit-bull type dogs everywhere.
Griffin helps us educate the public on this misunderstood breed and helps us carry out Pinups For Pitbulls (a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization) mission to "educate people about the history, temperament, and plight of the pit bull-type dog; raising awareness to rally against Breed Specific Legislation (BSL) and Breed Discriminatory Laws (BDL). PFPB’s goal is to restore the image of the pit bull-type dog to its former reputation of America’s companion animal, war hero, and family member."Please visit and "like" Pinups for Pitbulls on Facebook and Instagram!
